Premiere Riverfront Living

If you have been following me on twitter you may have noticed my hints about some big news on the horizon.  Well it is finally here.  I am the new Director of Sales at The Residences of Harbor Greene.  While I will still be a full-time Realtor, this means I will be spending many a weekend at the amazing model unit, showing buyers through and generally getting the place sold. 

If you have never been down to check out the great opportunities along the river you really should stop by.  Our model is open Thurs-Sun from 1-5 or you can set up a private tour.  Building #1, which is what I am currently selling has 39 units w/ just 9 of those units still available.  There are plans for 2 additional buildings as well a clubhouse, pool and walking trails.

The finishes in every unit are top-of-the-line. This unit is our model unit. Isn’t the open floor plan just great- very open w/ huge walls of windows!

There are 3 balconies here- one off of each of the bedrooms as well as one off the dining area. Perfect for a big fireworks party!

The kitchen is state-of-the-art with granite countertops, stainless Wolf and Subzero appliances and more. There is even a large pantry off to the side.

Just off to the side of the kitchen is the hearth room. This extra room is probably my favorite, feel like the perfect place to curl up with a good book or just watch the boats on the river out your window.

Every unit features deeded garage parking and almost every unit has a storage area off the lobby as well. The bldg has a secured entrance with a video intercom system.
