OTR Gateway Quarter Condo Tour: Part 3 (Good Fellows Hall)

June 5, 2009

Finally, some one has listened and provided at least one condo building in Over-The-Rhine with GARAGE parking!  Good Fellows Hall located at 1306 Main Street has 5 units in all each with their own garage parking and an elevator that opens directly into your unit.

Of the entire Gateway Quarter tour these had to have been my favorite.  Besides the additional amenities I’ve already mentioned I just liked the flow of these units.  The model we looked at was unit #2, which is approximately 1,760 sq feet.

This is the kitchen which opens to the living room.  To the left is the elevator and the door on the left is the stairwell access.  The far door in the back is a small pantry.

This is the view from the kitchen into the living room.

This is the dining room or even guest bedroom, you could easily add some french door to give this area some privacy if needed.  On the right is the second full bath.

The master bedroom is the entire second floor with a large sitting area or office.

The laundry and master bathroom are just to the side.

Finally the pièce de résistance: the garage parking which I had to take a picture of!

These units don’t come cheap.  The 4 remaining units range in size from 1,345 sq ft to 2,240 sq ft and cost between $249,000 and $399,000.  Some of the units do have balconies but not the model we viewed.  For more info, pricing and floor plans go to  Like always, call me if you want to go take a look.

And if you missed my tour of Mottainai or Falling Wall this week, be sure and check them out!

**I’m participating in Hooked on Fridaysover at be sure and head over there to see what everyone else is hooked on this week!**

This is so cool! And with a garage, to boot. Makes me want to ditch the suburbs and head back downtown!
