Love the windows, the big master bedroom, the freestanding tub in the bath, and all the glass cabinets in the kitchen. They’ve got beautiful floors, too.

And who wouldn’t want a Rookwood fireplace like that??

The house is so charming. Seems like a bargain at $575,000 to me (too bad I still can’t afford it–but it’s closer than I would’ve imagined!).
