The Yes You Can Program which has been exclusive to Covington has been expanded to include Newport, Bellevue, Dayton, Ludlow, Bromley, Latonia, as well as Covington.  The grant amount has also been increased and is now $8000.  The grant can be used for closing costs and down payment.  There is also additional money for certain professions (i.e. teachers in certain districts and city employees).  In order to qualify for the grant money you do have to attend counseling- where you will learn things from home repair to loan management.  There are also some income requirements.  Overall this could be a great thing for you!  If you are interested in finding out more give me a call.
